Anti-Spam Policy

What we do not do

• We do not send unsolicited commercial email, SMS, or other messages.
• We do not purchase, rent, harvest, scrape, or otherwise acquire third-party mailing lists.
• We do not operate an affiliate or referral programme, and we do not pay, reward, or authorise any third party to promote our websites or services by email or other messaging.
• We do not send messages to addresses obtained without the recipient’s knowledge.

What we do send

• Transactional and service messages to customers and their authorised users — account, security, billing, and product notifications relating to a service they use.
• Marketing and product communications to people who have an account with us or who have asked to hear from us. Every such message includes a working unsubscribe link.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing support@schematichq.com. We action opt-out requests promptly and, in any case, within ten business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages relating to a service you use.

Third parties

No third party is authorised to advertise Schematic websites or services using unsolicited messages. Any partner, vendor, contractor, or other party found doing so will have their relationship with Schematic terminated, and we will cooperate with the affected mailbox providers and blocklist operators.

Sender authentication

We publish SPF and DKIM records for our domains and enforce DMARC with a p=reject policy. Mail that does not originate from our authorised senders is rejected rather than delivered.

Reporting abuse

If you receive a message advertising Schematic that you did not ask for, or believe our domains are being used abusively, please report it to abuse@schematichq.com with full message headers. We investigate every report and will confirm the outcome to you.
